| [Private] I had an interesting conversation with Mallory O'Brian the other day. I'm not sure what to make of it yet. She told me something about my son-in-law, Doug Westin, that I would never have expected from him. Apparently back when Doug and Liz first met, my idiot son-in-law set Mallory up with a friend of his, telling him that she would have sex with him. Meanwhile, Doug and Liz could go off and be together. Luckily, my daughter agreed to leave when Mallory begged her. Doug, according to her, has hated Mallory ever since for messing up his plans for that evening. I don't understand what Liz sees in him. I don't understand why my daughter loves a man who would do such a thing. I've never liked Doug much, but I've always tolerated him and have always been polite. I don't know if I can put up that facade after learning of this. I think I'm going to discuss this with Jed, but I'm not sure what I can do, if anything at all. [/Private] | ||||||||
